Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Machine Operator - Night to operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support teammates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow safety protocols, assist with start-up activities, and help maintain continuous plant operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a manufacturing setting, with strong communication and PPE compliance as key requirements.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the production process and operating various types of equipment is valuable.
• Must have strong communication skills working within a diverse population.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use Amrize-approved PPE including respirators.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor product quality.
• Assist other operators and troubleshoot the production process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report issues to supervision.
• Assist with startup of the production line and maintain attendance.
• Delegate tasks to production staff and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Ensure all product testing is performed and recorded.
