Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Operator at the Systech Paulding, OH site to unload and process materials and to blend waste for reuse as fuel. The role requires basic manufacturing experience, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate various heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, has at least 1 year in heavy manufacturing, and can work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in heavy manufacturing.
• Outdoor and process building work with heat, cold, dust and noise exposure.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process materials following established procedures using forklift or mobile equipment.
• Follow Amrize policies and permits for proper handling of waste.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as requested.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile, stinger, and remote crane.
• Inspect and recondition customer portable Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
• Adhere to safety policies and promote a culture of safety at the site.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production priorities or emergencies.
