Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to support manufacturing across North America. The role focuses on operating the pour table and laminator, verifying run information, and monitoring key metrics to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities include preparing runs per schedule, validating batches, and inputting data. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient production in a dusty, indoor plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 1-2 year vocational training/associates degree.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Data Entry Experience.
• Safety conscious mindset.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check the status of equipment in the production operating system.
• Prepare each run according to the daily production schedule.
• Validating batch information and setup.
• Monitors each run for quality and efficiency e.g., wet density and line speed.
• Adjusts equipment settings based on quality control feedback.
• Capturing production run information (chemical used, downtime, and scrap reporting) and inputting data into the production database.
• Maintains the hour by hour board.
• Maintain the 5 S posture of the A-Operator area.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
