• Responsible for daily activities of the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly; conduct visual inspection to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards and company safety programs.
• Maintains housekeeping and manages raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrates ability to work across all assigned production areas and perform relief duties when required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts day or night on rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
