The position emphasizes reliability, shift flexibility (12-hour rotations), and a commitment to maintaining material readiness to minimize downtime while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly. Visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods; report defects.
• Abides by Niagara’s GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintains general housekeeping in all production areas and assigned areas.
• Maintains appropriate level of raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrates aptitude to work in all assigned areas; troubleshoot minor issues and perform relief duties as needed.
