Niagara Bottling Lancaster plant is seeking a Production Operator to run daily production line operations, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and adhere to GMP and food safety standards. The role requires accurate hourly quality and production reporting and the ability to troubleshoot minor line issues while maintaining clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly; inspect and report defects to shift leadership.
• Adheres to safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations; follows GMP and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and related areas as assigned.
• Maintains appropriate level of raw materials to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Troubleshoots minor production line issues and performs relief duties when required.
• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; works 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule as needed.
