Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to safety, quality and throughput standards.
• Completes quality and production reports hourly and reports defects to leadership.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards and maintains plant safety practices.
• Maintains housekeeping across production areas and supports raw materials management.
• Performs line troubleshooting and relief duties as needed.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
