Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Production Operator III - Lapping Beams - Swing to join our Hillsboro Township, ND manufacturing team. You will operate multiple production equipment, follow work orders, and work with a team to meet quality goals.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, adjusting machines, transferring parts via computer systems, loading/unloading, maintaining a clean work area, training new operators, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong math and measurement reading abilities.

Responsibilities

Operate multiple production equipment to manufacture parts per work order instructions.
Make machine adjustments and contact appropriate person when needed.
Inspect parts for quality; take action on non-conforming items and propose solutions.
Transfer parts to next process via computer software.
Load, unload and stack product; transport using hand-truck, forklift, crane, or hoist.
Clean work area, machines, tools and equipment.
Train incoming operators on processes and procedures.
Wear required PPE at all times in mandatory areas.
