Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator II to join our advanced ceramics manufacturing team across multiple shifts.

You will operate production machines, inspect parts, and transfer products through processes using computer software, ensuring adherence to work orders and quality standards. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months manufacturing experience, and the ability to read measurements, perform basic math, and use handheld gauges.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/interpret standard and metric measurements.
• Perform basic math operations accurately.
• Operate and use handheld measuring equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple basic production machines and/or complex equipment per work orders.
• Inspect parts for quality and take appropriate disposition actions.
• Transfer parts to next process via computer software.
• Load, unload, and transport product using suitable equipment.
• Keep work area, machines and tools clean and maintained.
• Train incoming operators on processes and procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
