Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate machines and tools in a high‑volume environment. You will fix issues, maintain logs, read blueprints, calibrate equipment, and ensure output meets quality standards.

You will also perform changeovers and assist with setup per the production schedule to minimize downtime. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

  • Fixing issues in manufacturing equipment and machines while maintaining activity logs.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints/diagrams to select and position machinery; addressing failures and calibrations.
  • Evaluating performance against standards and reporting variations.

  • Escalate issues affecting the schedule to ensure timely resolutions.

Job Requirements
  • Fixing the identified issues in manufacturing equipment and machines, maintaining activity logs for machines, and keeping a final product or output record.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Addressing equipment failures, calibrating errors, and reporting them to management in a timely manner.
  • Evaluating the performance, comparing it with the established production quality and standards, and reporting the variations encountered.
  • Performing changeovers and setups per the production schedule, preparing and assembling component substances, parts, and materials, and escalation of issues affecting the schedule.
What Your Background Should Look Like

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
