Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a production supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling, setup and execution of manufacturing streams on second shift.

The role focuses on meeting shipping schedules, achieving cost goals, coaching staff, and building a strong team across shifts. Candidates should demonstrate problem solving, teamwork, and proficiency with standard computer tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Ability to achieve team results aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations
• Experience using computer-based systems (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); PLM and SAP ERP experience is a plus

What Your Background Should Look Like

• 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations; supervisory experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to achieve team results that are aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience using computer-based systems in a networked environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; PLM and SAP ERP system experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience using lean tools and systems

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $30.00 to $31.93/ Hour + a 10% Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
