Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Heber Springs, Arkansas, is seeking a team member to operate basic machinery and support production processes. This role follows SOPs, monitors operations, and ensures safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

You will load and unload materials, perform routine maintenance, maintain a clean workspace, and assist in troubleshooting while adhering to safety and company policies. This is a hands-on manufacturing position supporting uptime and quality.
