Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. in Heber Springs, AR is seeking a production operator to operate basic machinery following SOPs. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report issues to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety policies. We value attention to detail, teamwork, and basic math skills, with fluency in English. A High School diploma or better is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a solid manufacturing
