Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) seeks an on-site operator in Heber Springs, AR to work with basic machinery and production processes. You will load materials, monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, and keep a clean, safe workspace while following SOPs and company policies.

Ideal candidates can follow instructions, work well in teams, and use ERP systems. Fluency in English is required for effective coordination in the Arkansas facility.
