Job summary

TE Connectivity in Fairmont, North Carolina is seeking a Production Operator I for the 2nd shift (Mon - Fri, 2:30pm – 11pm). You will perform equipment operation, assist with setup, and support regular maintenance to keep manufacturing running smoothly.

Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. The role includes inspecting equipment, logging readings, and collaborating with engineers and supervisors.

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $16.00/Hour + 10% Shift Differential =$17.60 for working on 2nd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
