Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production goals at our facility. The role focuses on operating basic machinery, loading/unloading materials, and following SOPs to ensure safe, efficient output.

You will monitor operations, perform routine equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; High School diploma or equivalent

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
