Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate basic machinery in accordance with SOPs. You will load and unload materials, monitor machine performance, and report issues to supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in manufacturing but not required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
