Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking a Production Operator - Converting to join our manufacturing team in Oklahoma. You will safely operate high-speed converting equipment and help ensure quality across all shifts, contributing to products used by families worldwide.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Join a team dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background screening.
• Pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Master all process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks.
• Exhibit interpersonal skills to work as part of a high-performing team.
• Perform quality checks throughout the shift and maintain production, waste, delay and quality reports.
• Log and report results as necessary.
