Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Operating Partner for our Ogden, UT facility. You will contribute to safety, quality, and production targets while leading a high-performing operating team.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across safety and production performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening, and PAT (Physical Abilities Test).
• Safety mindset demonstrated with focus on hazard recognition and safe operations.
• Experience with plant computer systems such as SAP, MES, and general office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely to identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions; may involve heavy equipment.
• Use problem-solving to operate and adjust machines to meet quality standards.
• Participate in a self-directed work team and provide constructive feedback.
• Document and report daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Maintain adherence to standards through daily accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability.
• Ensure quality tests are performed correctly and records are maintained.
