Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• 1+ year of continuous work experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background screening.
• Able to pass Physical Abilities Test (PAT) after offer.
• Safety mindset with focus on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Willingness to learn and use mill computer systems (SAP, PIMS, MS Office).
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed, technically advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Identify and address machine faults and runtime variations.
• Document daily performance metrics and maintain records.
• Ensure quality tests are performed correctly and timely.
• Support total productive maintenance including equipment reliability and lubrication tasks.
• Participate in ongoing skills development and special assignments as available.
