Job summary

Arkema Inc. on the 1st shift in Louisville, KY seeks a Production Operator. Earn $19.50–$21.50/hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Training and a supportive team environment are provided to help you grow within our global network.

Operate mixers and packaging lines, follow batch sheets, and participate in safety programs to ensure quality and safe operations. We value inclusion, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
