Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Production Operator for 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM with overtime). The role involves operating mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and palletizers, while following batch sheets to ensure product quality.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, and adherence to plant policies. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, some technical training or college, and welcomes applicants with or without traditional experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
