Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Kentucky. Earn $19.50 to $21.50 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits starting Day 1.

Hands-on training and a team-first environment are provided. You will operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and more, following batch sheets and safety programs to ensure quality output and plant objectives. High school diploma required; technical training preferred; strong communication and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
