Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Production Operator for the Middleton, MA area on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:15 PM to 11:30 PM) with overtime as needed. Earn $27–$30 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This position emphasizes safe, efficient manufacturing and strict adherence to procedures.

You will join a hands-on team with comprehensive training within Arkema's global network, focusing on quality production and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team‑based environment.
• Basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
