Job summary

Responsibilities include material handling, packaging, equipment operation, and data recording. Candidates should have at least 6 months in a physical production role, a high school diploma, and be able to work overtime and shifts with strong reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a physically demanding production or industrial role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to overtime, weekends, and schedule changes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with supervisors.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety requirements and participate in safety programs.
• Perform manual labor including lifting, shoveling, and material handling.
• Weigh, measure, and stage materials with high accuracy.
• Operate and monitor plant process equipment.
• Record production data and conduct quality checks.
• Assist maintenance and other teams as needed.
