Job summary

LyondellBasell in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mixing machines, troubleshoot PLCs up to 480V, and install/repair production equipment.

This 2nd/3rd shift role requires safety focus, ability to read blueprints, work overtime, and maintain a clean, efficient operation. Benefits start day one and include a 6% pension match and 401(k), dental/vision, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience with PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends on short notice as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Operate with a flexible work schedule including off shifts and on‑call situations.
• Analyze operating processes to help maximize efficiency and assist with maintaining efficient machine operations.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues within the process or facility.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
