Responsibilities

Read & interpret sketches and information accurately.
Assemble products as instructed by work instructions; ensure quality standards.
Use tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, bolting); operate presses and punches.
May assist in training new operators.
Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications.
Keep workstation clean and organized at shift end.
Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency.
Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
