Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and safety/quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret sketches and instructions.
• Assemble products according to work instructions.
• Operate tools, fixtures, and machines to assemble parts.
• May assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and use PPE.
