Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, perform testing and assemble components to ensure quality production per our standards.

You will read sketches and instructions, assemble parts safely, inspect quality, maintain a clean workstation, and collaborate with teams to improve efficiency while following PPE and safety policies. This role is on-site in a fast-paced, safety-focused plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret sketches and work instructions accurately.
• Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions, safely and with quality.
• Operate tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, bolting) and presses/punches.
• Assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
• Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met
• Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins
• May assist in training new operators
• Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
