Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role operates production equipment, performs testing and assembly tasks to ensure quality production per company standards.

The operator will read and interpret sketches and work instructions to assemble components accurately and safely. You will maintain a clean, organized workstation, support team collaboration to improve efficiency, and follow all safety procedures including PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and safety/quality requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret sketches and information accurately.
• Assemble products per work instructions, ensuring safety and quality.
• Operate presses, drills, and other equipment as directed.
• Assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to verify specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation at shift end.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
