Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator to operate production equipment, perform testing, and execute assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards. The role requires reading and interpreting sketches, assembling parts safely, and collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a willingness to follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Reading assembly instructions, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, safety and quality requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read & accurately interpret sketches and other information/instructions.
• Assemble assigned products per work instructions; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Use tools, fixtures, and machines for drilling, screwing, and bolting operations; operate presses and punches.
• May assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and report any issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
