Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator to operate production equipment, perform testing, and handle assembly to ensure quality production.

The role requires reading sketches, assembling parts safely, and maintaining a clean workstation while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, follow PPE rules, and participate in continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read & interpret sketches and work instructions.
• Assemble assigned products following instructions and safety standards.
• Use tools, fixtures, and machines to assemble parts and operate presses/punches.
• May assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation; end-of-shift cleanup.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and utilize PPE.

Job Description

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
• Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met
• Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins
• May assist in training new operators
• Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
