Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a seasoned manufacturer of custom synthetic ropes, slings, and hardware. As a Production Operator, you will contribute to the fabrication and testing of these products.

You will operate extruders, braiders, and testing equipment, monitor quality, handle materials safely, and document production activities. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in ropes, slings, or related products.
• Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality synthetic ropes, slings, and hardware.

What you get to do:

• Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, including extruders, braiders, and testing equipment, to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of synthetic ropes and related products.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain the highest standards of quality. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirement
• Material Handling: Handle raw materials and components, ensuring proper storage, handling, and utilization in the production process. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality control personnel to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, quality checks, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.

What you need to be successful:

Pay: $22.00

Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Rotating Schedule
