Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to operate casting, CNC, robotics, and related equipment in a fast-paced production setting. You will read blueprints, document production steps, and assist with material movement while staying active throughout each shift.

The role offers stable full-time hours with training on first shift and pathway to union benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, machine operating, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning advanced equipment and production processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work in a warm, dusty, industrial environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and wear required PPE.
• Strong attendance, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.

• Inspect, package, ship, and move materials throughout the facility
• Read blueprints, complete production documentation, and use measuring tools

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Training: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Pay

• $25.33/hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Weekly pay every Friday
