• Read and interpret manufacturing prints and drawings.

Title: Manufacturing Operator

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Shift:

1st Shift (Custom 4 10's Schedule or standard 5 8's)

-6:00am-4:30pm with rotation day off

-6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our fabrication team. This role offers a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the production process, including material handling, machine operation, fabrication support, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, learning multiple processes, and contributing as part of a team.

Duties:

• Perform material handling and move parts between production stations
• Remove finished pieces from fixtures and place them on designated pallets
• Load and unload robotic welding equipment
• Assist with fabrication processes, including:
  • Webbing operations
  • Sanding and finishing work
  • Saw operation
  • Press brake operation (backup support)
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret manufacturing prints and drawings
