Manufacturing Inc is seeking dedicated Production Operators for our Rope Mill facility. This role offers competitive pay, health benefits, and a shift-differential structure across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Production Operators for our Rope Mill facility. Candidates must have a proven track record of stable employment, particularly in a manufacturing or machine operation setting.

• Shifts: Available shifts are 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift hours available.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Efficiently measure, cut, sow and assemble wires.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished and in-process products.
• Package outgoing orders. Update inventory levels
• Ensure machines are adequately supplied by replenishing stock.
• Safely lift and handle heavy supplies, requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Utilize computer skills for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Maintain excellent attendance and follow all safety and operational protocols while standing for extended periods.

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $18/hr
