Johns Manville in Hillsboro, TX is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate to support production and materials handling. You will perform hands stacking, cutting, sampling, operate a forklift, and learn multiple positions as part of a pay-for-skills program.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will follow JSA procedures, maintain clean work areas, read specs, and participate in daily safety huddles while developing core skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year working in a warehouse/production environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret work instructions.
• Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow Job Safety Analysis and report hazardous conditions.
• Operate a forklift and be forklift certified.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and perform housekeeping.
• Unload and move material safely throughout the plant.
• Follow safe lifting practices and timekeeping procedures.
• Read and apply product labels and procedures.
• Understand product specifications and warehouse locations.
• Participate in daily safety huddles.
