Johns Manville is seeking an entry-level Warehouse/Production Associate in Hillsboro, OR. You will support the core team by stacking products, cutting materials, sampling, moving items by hand, operating a forklift, and learning cross-functional roles on the production line.

The role emphasizes safety, precision in reading specifications, and teamwork. A mechanically inclined candidate with basic math and computer skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a warehouse/production environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret work instructions.
• General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow Job Safety Analysis and use safe work practices.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment as required.
• Keep area and equipment clean and orderly; perform housekeeping.
• Operate a forklift and maintain certification.
• Complete Daily Fork-lift Check Sheet.
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures as applicable.
• Label pallets and identify products and tapes.
• Know warehouse locations for product storage.
• Assist with material handling and start-up tasks as needed.
