Carlisle Companies is seeking a production operator to run EPS-related machinery and assist more senior operators. You will work on lamination, cutting, and end-of-line tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with overtime as needed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures. The position entails 40-hour weeks with potential overtime and a shift from Sunday to Thursday with night hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination, cutting, fabrication, and expanding machinery to complete work orders.
• Review and communicate material requirements to other departments.
• Record data for quality control and improvement.
