Job summary

The Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc facility seeks a production operator to run assigned machines on the line, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. You will follow standard operating procedures, maintain hygiene, and hand off to maintenance and the next shift with clear reporting of faults.

Candidates should have basic ice cream knowledge, be able to operate within required parameters, and support continuous improvement and safety culture on the line.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• One-year related experience (preferred).
