Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Operator for a facility in Cullman, AL. You will play a key role in operating production equipment and ensuring product specifications are met while contributing to a safe, efficient work environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with two shift options (3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a full-time temporary status. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy on production lines.
• Strong attention to detail to meet product specifications.
• Dependable attendance and reliability are required for shifts.
• Ability to understand written or diagrammed work instructions.
• Physically able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and lines.
• Complete changeovers for assigned equipment or production lines.
• Learn and maintain customer product specifications and standards.
• Pack or bound coils into boxes for storage of pipes.
