Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Comfortable using a computer to enter data and track production.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines to produce PEX pipe according to specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform hourly quality checks on dimensions and appearance.
• Use production software to input data and track progress.
• Work safely in a 12-hour shift environment, standing for long periods.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow procedures.
• Collaborate with team while able to work independently when required.
