Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and attention to detail.
• Strong safety awareness with no exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production processes with standardized equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspections as needed.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement; recognize malfunctions early.
• Handle materials in your area (Fabrication, Finishing, Saw, Blast, Welding, etc.).
• Read a tape measure accurately; read measurements across departments.
• Wear proper PPE and comply with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform 5S activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
