Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable Production Utility & Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. You will help package, label, and inspect OSB boards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following safety policies.

The role operates on a second shift, with a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule, and offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in hot, industrial environments.
• Ability to pass physical, respiratory, and hearing tests.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to quality and production standards.
• Apply and verify unit tags, straps, and markings for accuracy.
• Clean and maintain production areas, including paint booth, strapper area, conveyors, and pump room.
• Assist with product regrading and general production support tasks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
