The person hired for the position of Production Operator will work at our 3M Brownwood location.

• Adhering to all quality and safety policies, procedures and practices.
• Operating various machines in varying speeds, while maintaining appropriate product specifications.
• Interpreting customer needs by customer specific expectations, with the ability to perform appropriate department processes, while utilizing appropriate tools and material to meet individual customer and quality requirements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Required

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• One-year preferred industry or labor experience.

Pay and Benefits

Employees will start at $21.55 per hour and receive an increase to $24.45 per hour after six months of employment .This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
