Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
  • Ability to work 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Completion of a job-related readiness assessment.
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy materials.
  • Ability to comprehend, understand, and apply written and verbal directions from standard operating procedures, safety rules and supervisor coaching.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety rules.

  • Operate automated, production, converting, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment while meeting performance/output goals.

Production Operator* (New Ulm, MN)

Shifts
  • Midnight: 11 pm – 7 am fixed
  • Afternoon: 3 pm – 11 pm fixed
  • Day/Afternoon: 7 am – 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm rotating
Starting Pay
  • Up to $28.01 per hour, depending on job responsibilities
  • $1.50 per hour differential for afternoon shift, $2.00 per hour differential for midnight shift and double time pay on Sunday
  • $1 per hour pay increase after successful completion of 6 months of employment
