We are seeking candidates for the Extrusion Production Operator position in Waterville, OH. This role involves operating extrusion equipment, quality checking products, packaging, and maintaining production records. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Key responsibilities include setting up and operating machinery, mixing raw materials, inspecting output, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The position reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a salary of $18.80/hr. The work schedule includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 55 lbs, use hand tools and measuring instruments, operate a forklift, and adhere to safety procedures. Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and wearing PPE. All candidates must pass a background check and other relevant tests.
