Position Details

This position is based in Portage, WI, working the 4th shift (Friday night and Saturday night, 10:30 PM - 10:30 AM) along with two 8-hour shifts during the week (Monday - Friday, on 3rd shift). A $3.00 per hour shift premium is offered.

Our Portage, Wisconsin manufacturing team produces silicone medical components and tubing used in life-saving devices such as IV drug delivery systems, diabetes management tools, Covid diagnostics, and ventilators, as well as components for procedures like eye surgeries.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, following documented procedures and maintaining 5S standards.
• Communicate issues effectively with QC inspectors and technical resources to ensure quality production.
• Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.
• Use Factivity software for managing production, labor, job tracking, and machine monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and leads.

Shift Details

The weekend 4th shift runs from 10:30 PM to 10:30 AM, starting Friday night through Sunday morning, with a paid lunch break. Additionally, two 8-hour shifts during the week (preferably on 3rd shift) are included. The 4th shift offers a $3.00 shift differential on top of the base rate of $18.00/hour.
