$20/hour |

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Regular Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Position Overview

As a Production Operator, you will assist with the preparation of soil and geological samples for assay testing. This hands-on role involves unpacking, sorting, transferring, drying, crushing, pulverizing, and screening samples while following established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate crushing and sample preparation equipment.
• Perform routine quality checks and accurately record results.
• Complete work orders, documentation, and equipment logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues and support basic troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist in other areas of the geochemistry laboratory as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a noisy and dusty environment.
• Able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator and ear protection.

Work Environment

This is a physical and repetitive role performed in an air-conditioned warehouse and laboratory environment. Respirators and all required PPE are provided.
