Your proactive approach to monitoring machine alarms, performing basic troubleshooting, and conducting quality checks minimizes downtime and upholds production standards. By following safety protocols and collaborating with team members, you contribute to the success of the production team in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Areas of Impact

Equipment Operation and Troubleshooting: You will operate and troubleshoot support machinery such as conveyer systems, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), and loaders, ensuring efficient functionality by utilizing troubleshooting guides and basic HMI operations. By addressing machine alarms, clearing cascade jams, and restarting equipment effectively, you will minimize disruptions and maintain consistent production flow. Handling and conducting basic repairs on wash trays, processing rejected trays, and managing material flow will ensure equipment operates efficiently and production timelines are met.

Quality Assurance: Your work involves conducting quality checks on products and processes, adhering to documented procedures, and participating in containment activities to maintain product integrity. By ensuring compliance with quality standards, you directly contribute to reducing defects and maintaining high customer satisfaction, which enhances the company’s reputation and reliability in the market.

Housekeeping and Material Handling: You will perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning equipment, enclosures, and work areas, while also operating forklifts and RICO equipment to move scrap hoppers and coils. By managing waste collection totes, adhering to hazardous waste label requirements, and handling tasks such as replacing lubricant barrels, you will create a safer and more organized workspace that supports operational efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.

Documentation and Compliance: You will maintain accurate documentation and complete required logs, ensuring operational transparency and compliance with company policies. By adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures, you will foster a safe and compliant work environment, reducing risks and supporting the organization’s commitment to safety and regulatory adherence.

Collaboration and Escalation: Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with team members, escalating unresolved issues as needed. By actively participating in team discussions and problem-solving initiatives, you will drive continuous improvements in operations, foster a cohesive team environment, and help address challenges proactively, ensuring long-term success and efficiency.

Requirements:
